I was looking for something to cook at home that will allow me to maintain weight loss. This book not only has the case. It is full of delicious recipes that are really easy to do. I liked the fact that most can be cooked a little longer and not have to worry about running around town to find ingrediants. But mostly, I liked the fact that food does not taste like cardboard! It was an added advantage and a reason for this is a book that will remain forever closed. Another good thing is what helped me lose weight – Goodbye Fat! Hey, Slim! How I lost weight and ate more food than I liked, not dieting.

I do not know why Amazon does not seem to bear this cookbook, but I was able to get a good price from another vendor on Amazon. You can also buy the flatbellydiet. com site (a little cheaper there and offer free shipping and 21 day free trial). But buy this book well worth the price. The first book explains the basic principles of the flat belly diet (what I can tell you from firsthand experience is very effective in targeting abdominal fat) Eat a MUFA at every meal (you know, like monounsaturated fats olive oil, chocolate, avocados, nuts); limit your meals to 400 calories does not go more than four hours do not eat. It is! Obviously, there are improvements and rules to help you make the best of food, but the heart is a simple, flexible working power.
However, the authors provide several ideas on how to make the system even easier (ie, like how to shop and plan effectively), and a large number of recipes that are simple, and best use of MUFA. Recognize the importance of some variety in your diet, and the need to maintain relatively simple. I already tried some recipes (Chicken Piccata and stuffed mushrooms). Both were very easy to cook and taste really great! I’m so glad I invested in this book! It is worth its weight in chocolate!

The system works and appears to target belly. My wife and I have lost over 10 pounds. less than 4 weeks. I have lost enough to strengthen my belt a notch. I can tell, has lost much weight.
The bottom is a recipe for the most part, is not so simple ingredients every day and not you. (Pin $ 10 for half a pound? Come on.) Must be able to find a dozen recipes that you like and have the luxury of doing. Where do I go through a couple of weeks to lose weight and inches. It would be difficult to make this scheme, but a lifestyle.
If you do not like olives or avocados, can not eat nuts, or simply do not have time to prepare meals that may not be for you. As always, save some money and look for a used book.

A recently launched the flat belly diet and thought I might have inspired this cookbook so I would like to try new dishes of the day. I am disappointed! I have already prepared many recipes from this book and all delicious, quick and easy. The whole family is now enjoying the benefits of healthy meals. Who knew tasting really prepare nutritious and delicious food could be so easy! In just 3 weeks my clothes fit better and I can feel the difference in my energy level. Never even considered a product on Amazon, but I highly recommend this wonderful cookbook.

I bought both the stomach Nutrition Guide and Cookbook. Both were very helpful. I did a lot of meals for me, this Cookbook; The pesto is to die and very easy to do. Once you get used to, you can calculate the other meals too. 5 pounds, I lost my first week – and the only other time I missed a week when I was a week Quick Start program, which is about 800 calories. On the flat belly diet was 1400 calories, and that’s what I eat again. The 2nd week I lost 3 pounds – I did this program 2 1 / 2 weeks, but have lost 1 3 / 4 “on my waist. My clothes are fitting better and I’m not hungry . I’ve always been a yogurt in the afternoon and still do, but I can now add a few sunflower seeds and some nuts granola. I put my sunflowers also in cereals, including rolled d ‘oats, muffins, etc. I love pizza and now I use my whole wheat flour, lots of vegetables and sliced black olives much for me in MUFA. It seems that I can eat almost anything I want, but I stay away from sugary foods and monounsaturated fatty add anything! I really sometimes a bowl of ice cream but I think the doctor – it’s true – buy sunflower seeds and nuts to the rescue again. I strongly recommend these books and this regime! Thanks Amazon for carrying these items.
